Createting vs Retell AI

Answer the call. Take care of what comes next.

Book the visit. Prepare the brief. Bring your team the decision—with voice, workflows and specialist agents in one workspace.

Decision model

What happens after the caller hangs up?

Retell connects conversations to tools and actions. Createting brings the call, specialist work and your team's decisions into one workspace—so you do not have to build a separate operations layer around your voice agent.

Handle the conversation

Retell AI

Voice and chat agents, telephony, knowledge, connected functions and live agent transfers.

Createting

Handle phone calls with your knowledge and tools. Use internal chat to work with your agents in the same platform.

Structure the work

Retell AI

Conversation Flow provides explicit dialogue steps. Flex Mode supports more dynamic conversation while retaining designed tasks and tools.

Createting

Automate routine steps with Pathways. Give agents a reusable method for research or review with Thinkways. Set approvals separately.

Finish the next task

Retell AI

Functions, tools and transfers let a conversation take actions and connect to other systems.

Createting

Send research, preparation or browser tasks to specialist agents. Keep the result attached to the request instead of building a separate task-tracking system.

Keep people in control

Retell AI

Conversation testing, simulation, live monitoring, transfer controls and Conductor-assisted building.

Createting

See completed work, pending tasks and requested approvals in Mission Control. Your team decides which actions run automatically and which need review.

Why Createting

Stop rebuilding the back office around every voice agent.

Internal chat, specialist tasks, workflows and a place to review actions are already part of Createting. Connect your systems and define the job—not another set of handoffs between separate tools.

Your first workflow

Bring one call your team handles every day.

We’ll map the conversation, the systems it touches and the follow-up your agents can take on.

BUYER FAQ

Questions buyers ask before choosing Retell AI or Createting.

Your calls, your systems, your team. Here’s how they work together.

Is Createting a Retell AI alternative?

Yes, for voice use cases that also need connected agent work. Createting combines its own voice runtime with knowledge, tools, workflows, specialist agents and internal chat. Telephony and system integrations must be configured for the deployment.

Does Createting need Retell to handle phone calls?

No. Createting has its own voice runtime. A configured telephony provider is still needed for phone calls, but Retell is not a prerequisite. Using both products would be a separate integration choice.

What happens to the work after the call?

A configured process can continue as tasks in the same platform: a specialist prepares a result, a person reviews an action and the team checks progress in Mission Control. The call is the entry point, not the only unit of work.

Does Retell also support chat, memory and external tools?

Yes. Retell supports chat agents, contact memory, functions and MCP tools. Createting combines these everyday agent capabilities with internal team chat, specialist tasks, workflows and Mission Control.
